System Requirements

Before you install CoverJock, please make sure the PC you're installing onto meets the minimum requirements.


CoverJock PC hardware requirements

 

  • Processor: 2.3 gigahertz (GHz) or faster

  • RAM: 4 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 8 GB (64-bit)

  • Hard disk space: 1 GB (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)

  • Minimum Resolution: 1280x1024

  • Touch Screen: recommended

  • O/S: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or Windows 11

 

Remote Tablet requirements (using Teamviewer)

 

  • Touch Screen: recommended

  • O/S: Windows (tablet/phone), Android (tablet/phone), Mac (tablet/phone)

 

Optional hardware requirements

 

             Tap and Dance Feature

 

  • RDIF Reader: only supported ACR122U USB NFC Reader (Read more)

  • RFID Devices: Tags, bands, cards; read only required at 13.56 Mhz

 

Prerequisites

 

  • Teamviewer must be downloaded and installed (send us Your ID and Password). Download here.

  • The internet must be working on the PC

  • Music to be copied over and available

  • If the video module is be enabled the connection to monitor(s) must be working

  • Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 (this will be installed by CoverJock installation team)

 

Optional

 

  • Dancers names to be sent to CoverJock prior to install (optional)

  • Any announcements to be sent to CoverJock prior to install (optional)

  • Opening hours of the club must be sent to CoverJock
