Auto Stage Rule

Use this area to setup rules to be executed when a specified amount of dancers are checked in/out of CoverJock. These rules will change system to speed up or slow down the rotation as well as activating or deactivating stages.

 

To open this dialog screen:

 

  1. Music Player > Top Menu RULE button (tick icon)
    OR
  2. Music Player > Stages tab > drop down menu > Edit Auto Stage Rules

OR

3. Options > Stage Calls Settings > Edit Auto Stage Rules

 

Tip

Further automation customization can be found in Options > System > Auto Play Music on Start-up

 

Shows a list of Rules – shows in English what changes the rule will execute.

 

  • Add button - adds a new rule (Shortcut key: Ins)
  • Delete button - removes a selected rule (Shortcut key: Delete)
  • Edit button - open the selected rule to be edited (Shortcut key: Enter)
  • Run Rules Now - if changes are made, press this and it applies rule to current number of dancers in rotation

 

       

 

Creating or editing a Rule

 

       

 

Note

When creating a new rule, if there is already a rule in the list it defaults the settings to the last rule in the list.

Set the minimum number of dancers required for this rule to be executed.

Range: 1-999

Maximum Dancers

Set the maximum number of dancers required for this rule to be executed.

Range: 1-999

# Songs to Dance to

Set how many songs the dancers on stage are going to dance to.

Range: 1 - 5 songs
Default: [Do not change]

Song Gap

Set the number of songs between stage shows.

Range: 0 - 12 songs
Default: [Do not change]

Auto DJ

Turn on or off auto DJ within this rule.
