|
Button to show the main menu.

|
Button shows:

Save and Exit - saves the session, clears the rotation and exits

Exit and Reset - does not save, just clears the rotation and exits

Exit to Return - exits but retains the dancers in the rotation

|
ROUND THE HOUSES
|
This enables round the houses feature whereby Dancer A goes onto Stage 1, then on the next rotation moves to Stage 2 and Dancer B goes onto Stage 1. This process goes on until they reach the last stage where they come off the stage.

Search box
|
Useful during a busy night, this shows a lists of all dancers working so it will jump straight to that dancer in the rotation.

Stages
|
Multiple stage showing dancers either waiting or performing a pole show.
|

|
CLUB TASKS tab
|
A list of tasks at a specified time to show a notification in the bottom right hand corner.

Available dancers
|
A list of available dancer ready to go on stage.

Unavailable dancers
|
Unavailable list of dancers in unavailable groups.

Transparency slider
|
To semi-hide RotationX so you can see other software in the background.

|
Move to Top, Move Up, Move Down, Move to Bottom, Remove and Add

Show or Hide RotationX
|
Hides to the right of the screen with a slight bar to reopen.

MAKE UNAVAILABLE button
|
If the selected dancer is available it simply put them off as red and will not be automatically selected to go on the pole. If the dancer is already unavailable, the button changes to MAKE AVAILABLE.

AUTO ROTATE button
|
This automatically moves the dancers on the pole to the bottom of the available list, then moved the waiting dancers to be on the pole, the finally moves the next available dancers to waiting.

Note
Hidden feature: double clicking on the Stage cell allows you to rename the stage and set how many dancers there are on that particular stage.

The Context Menu Explained
|
- Switch to CoverJock (Sync Rotation)
Opens CoverJock, restores the rotation from RotationX and closes RotationX
- Reset Pole Show
Sets all dancer to be in the available list
- Open Dual Monitor
Opens the rotation to be displays on a secondary screen.

- Constant Pole Show
Option so when AUTO ROTATE is pressed if constant it automatically moves waiting dancers to on the pole as well as adds waiting dancers. If not selected it does this as two processes.
- Keep Unavailable Dancers Positions
Option so when dancers are put as unavailable they keep position in the rotation
- Automatically Select Different Stage
Option so if checked RotationX knows the dancers last stage and tries to put them onto a new stage where possible
- Docking: Dock to the Right or Floating Window
- Theme Style: Blue (default), Red, Purple, Green, Yellow and Pink
- Font Size: xsmall, small, medium, large
- Default Dancer tab: Session Notes, Music List, Activities or Previous Session Notes
- View Session history
Shows a dialog box of all sessions and a detailed description of all activities during a given session
- Tip Tracker:
- Enable Tip Tracker
Option to show or hide this feature (default on)
- IOU Message on Check-in
Option to automatically show a message when the dancers check-in (default off)
- IOU Message on Check-out
Option to automatically show a message when the dancers checks out (default off)

Note
This feature is only available when CoverJock is installed and active.

Please note: if multiple stages is active it shows the stage name next to the dancer name

- Full screen mode - whilst not in full screen mode, the user can drag the dual monitor to the specific monitor then press the Full Screen mode button to take over the whole screen.
