Dancers Overview

Dancer’s details and voice-overs can be downloaded directly to CoverJock either by request or by browsing the inclusive service library. Once added they can be effectively maintained to ensure fair rotation, accurate dancer records and a complete set of tools and features to provide seamless entertainer management.

 

 

 

Rotation Functions

 

Option What it does
Check-in If the dancer hasn't clocked in yet, this is the only button visible. Click this to clock her in and add her to the rotation. Upgrading to BoothPoint allows for checking in using house fees.
Check-out If the dancer has checked in, the button is visible. Click this to clock her out and remove her from the rotation. Upgrading to BoothPoint allows for checking out offering reports, commission due, next scheduled shifts and more.
Remove from Rotation This menu item only appears if the club is running BoothPoint. This is used to remove the dancers from the rotation only but leave her working in the club for private dances, VIPs etc. Upgrading to BoothPoint allows for clocking out offering reports, commission due, next scheduled shifts and more.
Move Up Moves the dancer up the rotation. Note the first position she can be moved to is below anyone else being called.
Move Down Moves the dancer down the rotation.
Move Top Moves the dancer to the top of the rotation. Note the first position she can be moved to is below anyone else being called.
Move to Last Moves the dancer to the bottom of the rotation.
Dance Now (immediately) If you want a dancer to go on stage without any calls and get introduced as soon as the button is hit, use this menu item. Please note it doesn't matter if auto stage calls isn't active it will still get the selected dancer on the stage.
Dance Now (1 away) This option will start calling the selected dancer from 1 away.
Dance Now (2 away) This option will start calling the selected dancer from 2 away.
Dance Now (3 away) This option will start calling the selected dancer from 3 away.
Dance Now (with calls) This menu item will only appear if Play 3-2-1 away is disabled. This option will start calling the selected dancer as normal using the stage call settings.

 

Additional Functions

 

Option What it does
Put on a Break/Take off Break Putting a dancer on a break which means taking out of the rotation to be called for a pole show, will ask how long do you want her to go off for. There are two options, one is Start a Timer and the other is to select a specific time she's off for. Starting the timer will show you a count of time that she has gone off for, whereas selecting a time will automatically put her back in the rotation after that time.
Add Playing Song to My Music Select this function to add the current song playing from the live playlist into the dancer's music selection.
Finish Dance If running in manual mode, this increases the completed dances by 1.
Missed Dance If running in manual mode, this increases the missed dances by 1.
Reduce Missed Dance If running in manual mode, this reduces the missed dances by 1.
Call to DJ Call the dancer to the DJ if running in manual mode.
Introduction Play the dancer's introduction if running in manual mode.
Outro Play the dancer's outro if running in manual mode.

 

Swap Functions

 

Option What it does
Dancer's Name(s) If a group of dancers are being called or waiting to go on stage, if the dancer's menu is opened from a dancer who is available there will be a list of called/waiting to dance dancers to swap with.

Tip

  1. Within Options > About my Club you can set the security password  by tapping or click options in the top right hand corner.
  2. In Options > Dancers there are a set of options to set what the dancer can or can't press when the screen is locked.
  3. Go to Options > System Settings to set how long until the system times out automatically, if at all.
