Setting up your Contracts

BoothPoint Pro can store all your dancers and staff contracts. Use these options to import and modify the contract templates. The signature variables link on the signature pad or on the screen signature feature, mean if there is a signature variable within the contract, the system prompts for that specific signature.

Import new Contracts

In Options you can import your dancers and staff contract. The idea is that where they sign, print or date you replace that area with a field so BoothPoint prompts for a digital signature.

To the right is an example image of a document converted and the relevant fields inserted.
